The Starkey Estate can be booked as a full property buy-out for guests who want exclusiveness or can be booked in multiple configurations and layouts to better suit your needs and budget. Areas can be booked hourly or for the entire day if needed.
All bookings include 4 hours of vendor setup prior to your event and 1 hour for tear down. If additional hours are required, please let us know and we can provide pricing. All bookings include 1-4 staff members (number of staff depends on type and size of the event), to help ensure that the property is picture-perfect during your event. These employees keep the property clean and free of all trash, regularly clean restrooms, and always make sure that your guests are well-taken care of. We also provide an onsite Venue Manager to work with vendors to help coordinate, set up, and tear down. They also help assist with any other important details that may arise on your special day. We want to ensure the only thing you’ll have to worry about is smiling for your photos.
Guests can book multiple areas in many different combinations and configurations to suit their varying needs. Please inquire below about availability and pricing. We look forward to hearing from you!
Full Property Buy-Out
Guest will have access to the entire property. The areas included are the main house, guest cottage, barn, pool area, Rose Garden Terrace (east side of home), and out Enchanted Garden (under the ficus trees).
Ranging from $6000 to $10000 per day with a max capacity of 400 guests.
Main House
Guest will have access to the entire home, with both 1st and 2nd floors available. Only the front garden of the home will be available for this booking.
Ranging from $1500 to $3500 per day with a max capacity of 150 guests.
Enchanted Garden
Guest will have access to the grass 30,000 square foot area under the massive 135-year-old trees. The cottage or main house can be added to this area for an additional fee. It is highly recommended that guests book the guest cottage or the main house for larger events to have additional bathrooms as well as food prep areas.
Ranging from $3000 to $9000 per day with a max capacity of 300 guests.
Rose Garden Terrace
Guest will have access to the enclosed patio and deck located on the east side of the property. We recommend booking the guest cottage or the main home for larger events in order to have additional bathrooms as well as food prep areas.
Ranging from $1500 to $4500 per day with a max capacity of 200 guests.
Pool Area and Barn
Guest will have access to the pool area, the covered patio next to the pool, and the first and second floors of the barn. We recommend booking the guest cottage or the main home for larger events in order to have additional bathrooms as well as food prep areas.
Ranging from $2500 to $6000 per day with a max capacity of 150 guests.
Guest Cottage
Guest will have access to the guest cottage and the side yard located on the west side of the cottage. This is an add-on only to any of the other areas. Not available for individual bookings.
Ranging from $500 to $1000 per day.
Barn
Guest will have access to the first and second floors of the barn.
Ranging from $500 to $2000 per day.
Payment Information
- 50% of the venue rental fee is due up-front to book a date; the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the event
- Additional hours are available for $500 hour
- Payments for additional services are to be paid 50% upon booking and the balance paid 15 days prior to the event
- No refunds are allowed once dates are booked
- All events are subject to a security deposit. Security deposits range from $2000-$5000 and are based on the size and type of event. Deposits are returned once the walk-through is complete (24-48 hours)
- Payments are made via check, credit card, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Zelle. Credit card payments are subject to processing fees
